Despite the fact that the boxes had a GLASS sticker and the contents were wrapped in bubble wrap, everything inside was broken. I did not find the paid hard crate during delivery. The transfer acceptance certificate was not provided, they said that they did not have it provided for. The lawyer is hiding behind the offer agreement, they are not going to reimburse anything and refer to the fact that it was necessary to draw up a statement of claim with the driver and have him sign it.

Disgusting delivery. The courier simply did not want to go to my region with a prepaid order and sent it back to the warehouse. Zara says they can't return my order back. There was no call from the courier. Zara needs to change the transport company for her orders.
