It's a great hotel. Very clean room (309). The furniture and mattress are fresh. Towels, bed linen, dishes, plumbing are beyond praise. The staff is helpful and courteous, starting from the reception and ending with the maids on the floor. At my first request, I was provided with bottled drinking water (the situation with clean water in the city is tense). I really enjoyed living here. The service is at the metropolitan level. Lugansk residents are great fellows)

It was very interesting to visit this hotel, because there is a similar hotel with the same name in our city. The staff is polite and friendly. The room was cleaned every day, even if they didn't ask for it. There is a secure parking on site. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast, everything was simple but delicious. Geographically, it is very convenient. Museums, theaters, parks are within walking distance.

A wonderful hotel. A cozy room. The room has a kettle, glasses, tea and coffee, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothpaste and a brush. The issue price is about 7k per night. Large spacious reception hall with soft comfortable chairs. The area next to the hotel is in the spirit of Japanese gardens. I liked.
