A great place, we came here for a tasting of Overdose collabs, a shopping mall near the house, and in the end we stayed to have a cocktail. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, although we have not heard of this place before, and now the main thing is not to sleep..because I want to come back here, the menu is great. We booked for three and asked for passports at the entrance for the first time in the 10 years we were here. We showed two passports, and the third person was from Russia. They offered a bunch of ways to confirm a person's identity, but the girl persistently asked only for a physical document. This situation has greatly spoiled the impression of the institution. Another of the cons: booking for a hookah is 2 hours, but the staff already kicks you out in 15 minutes. We had a great time at your establishment before communicating with Lesya when booking, we were not warned about the time limit (they only specified the number of hookahs that we plan to order). There was also nothing about the time limit at the entrance . After 1.40, Lesya, an employee, came up to us and literally started kicking us out of the establishment. we were shocked by this approach, explained that we had not been warned about it, and so on. to which Lesya argued very actively, poked at the menu and argued that we could find out about it ourselves, because it's written on the menu. we didn't plan to spend much more time, we wanted to finish smoking the hookah, because it was in excellent condition and we were already slowly getting ready to leave. By the way, I treat time constraints well if I am warned about it in advance. When Lesya brought the bill, she told us that she was giving us another half hour, that is, there was no reservation right behind us and there was no need to actively kick us out either. They did not use the offer, and the desire to stay after the dialogue disappeared. You have wonderful hookah masters and waiters, but please teach Lesya how to communicate politely and basic hospitality. I am sure that the dialogue could be built in such a way that everyone would be satisfied, and we would come back to you more than once.
