It's a great place I travel a lot, I have already been to 30+ countries, I know the practice of settling in many places around the world, there is the same system here, no one bothers anyone, when I wanted to come, I dialed the key in the safe under the code. We arrived at the house, on a sunny beautiful day, with a friend for a day, the request was for a comfortable pastime: to sit on the terrace in the sun, a barbecue for frying, an evening fireplace, watch a movie, wine, delicious tea, jam, and comfortably spend the night. Everything is clear and understandable on the territory, everything you need is there. You just need to carefully walk around the house and the common area for the first 10 minutes and see everything where it lies, everything is signed everywhere. Barbecue: firewood, grates, skewers The house has a terrace, a table for two, comfortable armchairs, dishes, glasses, beautifully made bed linen, towels, firewood fireplace, TV, wi-fi, a very beautiful interior, which we also decorated with fresh flowers and a white tablecloth, and candles. There is a large green area where we did meditation practice in the morning in the sun and walked barefoot on a green lawn. In the evening we walked to the pond, which is very close to the house. We had a great time, thanks to the owners for this wonderful place, if possible we will come with a group of friends.

It's a very atmospheric place. Here you can admire every corner and the theory, and the house, and the gazebo. There are woods around, no neighbors in sight. A great place for holidays. You can celebrate a wedding, the gazebo turns out to be very beautiful with hanging vines from the ceiling and chandeliers. You don't even need to decorate much - everything is so beautiful.

It's a beautiful location, and overall a pretty nice house, with comfortable furniture. One of the disadvantages is that the owner is not particularly customer-oriented, the house is dirty. A lot of dust, dirty dishes (I had to wash everything), a dirty Jacuzzi (when the water was turned on, a lot of garbage came out). In addition, rat/mouse droppings were found in the cutlery shelf. We rented a house for a day, I don't know how often the house is cleaned, but it's a nightmare.

In the cold season, it is not possible to relax on the glazed veranda - the smoke from the fireplace goes into the room itself, it is not possible to breathe, it is very cold without a fireplace. At first, the guests burned out, then they sat in jackets - a so-so holiday. In summer, the veranda is also bad, there is no air conditioning. The room heats up quickly, like a greenhouse. The bed in the room on the second floor was broken and overall not very clean.

We were not satisfied! The house is beautiful, but the Owner doesn't care about you, customer orientation is at the bottom! We came here for the sake of a large bathhouse, paid for the house and the bathhouse, and on the day of arrival we were told that the bathhouse was not working and the money would be refunded..moreover, they said it was dismantled for restoration, which means they knew about it and no one warned us. The owner was not going to smooth out this situation in any way, but there is a suspicion that he simply forgot to flood it.

But the contract ONLY considers the situation of force majeure, and there is an earthquake and so on. He refused to return the deposit, even half, and that's half of the rental price, which is quite a lot. Therefore, before signing this agreement, carefully read the condition, as there is no security for the client! I never thought in my life that a birthday could turn out like this.

In June 2024, a birthday was celebrated in this manor. Among the advantages: a beautiful house and territory. Of the cons: 1. Communication with the owner. Information is provided in fragments, everything has to be clarified and questioned. 2. The day before, the final number of guests, the format of the event were agreed with the host and the final cost was approved. At the time of arrival, additional expenses were incurred - to take out an additional table to seat 30 people - 300 rubles. It was unpleasant that we were not warned about this in advance, although it is indicated everywhere that the terrace can accommodate 30 people. But it turns out not. 2. At the time of arrival, we were strictly told about the white carpet on the terrace, saying that if you get dirty, you will pay for dry cleaning. Agree, it is not the best idea to put a white carpet on the terrace where people come in shoes from the street, where there is a banquet table from which anything can fall or wax from candles used as decoration can spill. Actually, that's what happened - another minus 150 white rubles. After our holiday, three more of my friends rested in this manor and all of them paid extra for this carpet. There is a feeling that this is why he is lying there! 3. There are no vases for flowers, some basic things that may be needed at the time of the celebration, but there is a huge file with rules and penalties that should be followed. 4. There are a lot of ants on the terrace, they will be a wonderful addition to a festive dinner. It's very exciting to pick out salads and glasses.

The dishes are all old and chipped, and if they break that very old plate, they will charge you 30 rubles. Furniture should absolutely not be moved. If you have 8 beds, then you should sleep two in one bed, even if you are not related. If you want to sleep separately, pay extra. If you want extra towels in excess of the number of guests, pay extra.

I celebrated my birthday on October 14, 23 years old. The place is good; it is beautiful, stylish, convenient, in principle, what you see in the photo, video, it is, just keep in mind that everything has already been pretty worn out due to use. But that's all clear. What I didn't like: upon arrival, it turned out that the cleaning was done there not before our arrival, but about a week ago, it was clear from everything. The barbecue was dirty and not cleaned (some garbage mixed with wet coals), enough leaves from the vineyard attacked the table and carpet on the terrace. Even in a day or two, if they had cleaned up, there would not have been so much, and the situation with the cigarette butts left by an electrician working the other day (according to the owner) just confirms that no one checked or cleaned anything there for our arrival. The toilet didn't work in the house on the second floor, my guests faced this problem, which was also unpleasant. And they should have at least checked it, since the check-in is at 14:00, there is plenty of time, but apparently they do not consider it necessary to bother. Unfortunately, I encountered such a negligent attitude, namely unprofessionalism, not only after discovering these shortcomings, but also when communicating with the owner of this institution. He lacks basic ethics. Speaking about the conditions in his house, he used "like in a hotel" more than once., so in good hotels, the administrator, the manager is not allowed to communicate in such a manner; haughtily, with smiles, sarcasm, using street slang., which did not bother this character at all. Therefore, 1 ⭐ for guests service!

Despite the fact that you need to walk without shoes, it was dusty, cobwebs and spiders. For a company of 14 people, one and a half rolls of toilet paper, no bed on one of the beds. Our request was answered by you, who planned for about 12 people. Upon arrival, it turned out that the bathhouse should be heated by ourselves. And if you want them to drown, warn them they'll find someone. The sauna is for rent only, but then there is an instruction on how to heat it. The barbecue is located next to the sauna. If you want a barbecue and then carry it far in the house. And the grates are so-so, they don't wash. We have asked for compensation for these inconveniences, but we have not received a response. In general, we will not return to this place for sure. It is a pity that the reviews were not read before booking

And now everything is in order. It so happened that I had to visit this house twice, and as they say, once was an accident, two were a pattern, none of these visits left a positive impression. The place itself is not bad: a beautiful territory and a stylish interior of the house, you can say everything that you see in the photo, only taking into account the wear and tear of time and people coming, as well as mismanagement. Cleaning, both in the house and on the terrace, is extremely rare and not of high quality. Do not expect that by your arrival, someone will run away and put everything in order, alas, this is not the case. Horror awaited us, opening the door to the house, we heard a fetid smell, as if someone had died in the house. It was not possible to stay in the house. To make the whole situation even worse, the refrigerator smelled the same as in the house, and we couldn't put food in it. We were lucky that it was summer, we didn't use the house at all, we spent the whole evening on the terrace and left at night. The terrace is also not clean. The grill and grills are in terrible condition. Arriving in winter, I can say that it is cold on the second floor, it is not possible to spend the night there. With the owner of this house, communication boils down to: "I am the owner, you are a fool!!!" This person doesn't know anything about ethics and communication culture at all! After receiving the prepayment, trying to resolve the issues that have arisen, the "owner" talks to you as if you were dust on the road, in a haughty tone, with mockery and sarcasm, having a great time in the Maldives, at the expense of such losers who rent his "President Hotel". Summing up everything written above, I can say: the action of this character draws on the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, and there are enough houses of this type near Minsk, with much better service and a more reasonable price.
