I ordered birch and alder firewood. They offered a mix with aspen, and emphasized that aspen was not needed. The price without aspen came out a little more expensive, but I needed birch and alder for the fireplace. As a result, they brought a mix with aspen. The quality of the firewood is below average, there are a lot of scraps. It's nothing for a fireplace. I called to refund the difference that I overpaid. They didn't return it. As a result, it is expensive and of poor quality.

We ordered ready-made firewood, they were already chopped to our cottage near Molodechno (Krynica). Everything was delivered as agreed. Ordered 3 days in advance, for Saturday.

I ordered 5 cubes of oak firewood. The firewood is chopped, good, it was delivered promptly, we called each other several times. And now there is a huge disadvantage - instead of five, they brought three cubes, and they took the money as for five. I also asked the driver how many cubes there were, because it didn't seem like enough. Today we finished putting it in the woodcutter. We counted it a hundred times. With our rest, it came out to 3.75. Please ask the company to bring two paid cubes. If you don't agree, come and count it together.
