I absolutely do not recommend handing over a wristwatch to this service for maintenance, and that's why: I brought here a mechanical watch worth 170k for a massage.
After paying about 30k for cleaning and lubrication, I got the watch back. The clock began to rush by 1 minute a day. It doesn't matter, because there is a warranty period. Having handed over the watch again, I received it a week later. This time they were 1 minute behind. I handed over the watch again. After receiving them for the third time, I saw dust under the glass. The issuing officer volunteered to blow the glass himself, because the master was no longer there at that time. And, the most interesting thing: a month after professional cleaning and lubrication, the watch began to crunch at the factory. How is this possible?!
After that, I handed over the watch to a specialized watch repair center (compared to an eco-service that "knows" how to repair everything in the world), and received the conclusion that the watch inside is dirty and with chips... The craftsmen were very surprised that the watch was only after professional maintenance.. "Thank you", eco service!
Conclusion: I doubt that any work has been carried out at all. In addition, the craftsmen do not check the progress of the clock after the completion of the work. And it seems to me that they do not know how to set the exact course at all, since I handed over the watch there 3 times in a row.

I handed over my smartwatch to replace the battery. During a conversation with the manager, I clarified that the diagnosis is free, and she assured me that the master will definitely carry it out before the repair. Before replacing the battery, the watch held a charge for about 1.5 days. After the replacement – only 7 hours! As someone who has worked in a service center, I understand perfectly well that this is not normal. If the problem was in the board (for example, a short circuit or a malfunction of the microcircuit), it would manifest itself in heating, because the energy would go into heat.
He gave the watch back and pointed out the problem. So what? Now they tell me that the problem is with the board, and the repair will cost 20 thousand rubles! How is this even possible? Why didn't you see the problem of excessive consumption during the diagnosis? After all, this is a basic procedure for repairing any electronics! If there had been a problem initially, the old battery would have behaved exactly the same way – but it didn't.
I asked for a reasonable thing: to record a video where my watch is connected to a laboratory power supply to see the real consumption. The manager agreed at first, but later another employee, Zhanara, said that no one would record anything, and if the master refused, I could just take my watch and go anywhere. This is rudeness in its purest form!
It turns out that the master has the right to refuse to provide evidence of his work? I think I'm just being deceived. They don't want to record videos because consumption is normal, but the problem is that they put in a bad battery and don't want to spend money on a replacement at their own expense. Instead, they try to shift everything onto the client.
This is a terrible service! Not only will you be misled, but you will also be openly rude. I do not advise anyone to contact Eco-service!

It turned out to be expensive anyway + I was confused that the price was announced with such a short visual diagnosis. After our refusal of the service, the master began to assure us that it would certainly be more expensive everywhere and demanded 5 thousand for departure. On the eco service and remstiralmaty website.kz it is indicated that the check-out and diagnostics are free, when you call us, they also did not tell us that if you refuse the service, the check-out costs 5 thousand.
We started swearing and his arguments in view of the fact that "I spent gasoline", "I was in traffic for an hour" and "in general, no one will come to you for free like that" did not bother us at all. Why should this person earn such money for a couple of minutes of "work"? Why, if the company has such conditions, was it not announced initially? As working people, we value other people's time, but if this is not mentioned anywhere and a person brazenly bends his line and tries to rip off money for nothing, then why should we even care about his gasoline and time? Our time was also wasted.
I hope the eco service company will stop cooperating with these "repairers" of washing machines

A very unpleasant situation occurred, about a month ago I ordered the repair of the air conditioner (water was flowing from it), freon was poured and the air conditioner was cleaned, the total amount was 50,000. But no receipt, no certificate of completed work was provided, I asked you to send it to me several times. Because it is not clear what this amount is made of! After a month, the air conditioner flowed again. And now, after long negotiations with the manager, where they convinced me that the master's work needs to be paid for again, and I'm wrong, he offers me to pay for the master's 3000 call and the master will redo the work for free. They also have a 1-year warranty written on their website, and they assured me on the phone that it was only 14 days. And they didn't provide me with any documents. The craftsmen are so bad that their repair takes a month. After all this, I do not recommend this service to anyone. You can find better and cheaper craftsmen. And for this service, I have to write an application to the tax service and an application through the consumer protection platform.
