We visited the restaurant on Friday evening. One of the few bars open after 23:00. There was a full boarding, so it's better to book in advance. I liked the room itself - the bar is located on the ground floor of a brick building, the vaults are laid out very beautifully, it looks cool. There used to be its own brewery, but unfortunately, it was abolished and there are no plans to resume production anymore, although the equipment is still there. There's a little bit of everything on the menu, standard, and the prices are reasonable. There is a very small selection of beer, the emphasis is rather on other types of alcoholic beverages. The choice of dishes is sufficient for this type of establishment, the quality is quite tasty, we took a Set with beer and croutons, both dishes are large and very satisfying. The music was really hitting my ears - old, old pop: I like it, my husband doesn't, but it seemed illogical for a bar to choose a repertoire.

We visited the bar as part of the Gastrofest. Only the best emotions. The waiters, as in the best restaurants, are friendly and helpful. The service is super fast, they finished eating one dish, immediately brought another, etc. It is on time, unlike many, where you wait half an hour or even longer with a glass of beer, and then everything is piled on the table at once, but by the time it gets to the hot, it has already cooled down. The dishes were excellent. Especially the ribs- they're amazing, and the dessert is just amazing. Of course, the Edison Bar, being physically in the basement, is definitely at the top of the TOP-best establishments in the city.

It's a good place, I really liked the hookah with the tea ceremony: the hookah master explained everything and answered the questions - like. I liked the Edison salad, which is a really masculine portion of products that taste familiar. I liked the roast beef burger, but it seemed a bit rustic. The girl ordered borscht - they serve it without bread, when they asked for it, they brought the most ordinary one from the store near the house or the dining room. I hope that this point will be taken into account in the future.
