Unfortunately, it happened that after purchasing the certificate, it was urgently necessary to leave the country for six months, upon arrival, contacting the Company with a request to use the existing certificate, in no case asked for a refund, they were ready to provide confirmation in the form of air tickets and an order for an urgent business trip, they came across an answer: These are your problems. I understand perfectly well that there are rules, but having worked in the field of service and sales for more than 15 years, I know that there are exceptions to the rules, there are exceptions that are considered by the management. But apparently, for management, income is more important than customers. And the wolves are fed and the sheep are safe, they took the money for the certificate and kept the goods. It's not pleasant. Disappointed.
