Мы туристы, приехали из России. Хотели воспользоваться услугами компании. Сильно торопились и думали, что есть возможность оплаты по терминалу или переводом, наличных денег с собой не было. Сказали об этом водителю, он начал психовать и указывать на приложение «оплати». Оказалось, что для регистрации в нём необходим паспорт гражданина Беларуси. Позвонил друзьям и попросил оплатить по этому qr коду в приложении. Водителя такой способ тоже не устроил. Якобы именно у меня на телефоне должно быть приложение. В итоге он просто остановился, позвонил диспетчеру и сказал, что нас высаживает, потому что оплаты нет. Хотя в этот момент друзья уже оплачивали билет. Не претендую на то, чтобы к туристам относились как-то по-особенному, но это просто невероятно ужасное поведение, никогда ни в 1 стране не встречал такого обиженного жизнью и невоспитанного человека
