We got into this hotel by accident. We were going to come to Yerevan for Zemfira's concert. The hotel booked near the venue refused to accept us: it canceled old bookings and began selling rooms three times more expensive. Many visitors had a similar situation: the hotels were packed or the prices were too high. Help came in the chat of the concert: There, the girl offered direct contact to the "good" hotel where she was staying... I wrote to the owner, Arthur, and he promised me a room for a reasonable price. I didn't believe it until the last minute, and I didn't expect anything special from the hotel, as long as I didn't stay on the street. But the place turned out to be wonderful! Beautiful interior of the common space, balconies, spacious room, parquet and high ceilings! Clean, snow-white linen and towels! And it's relatively quiet - a small side street. We also ordered breakfast with fruits and vegetables. Coffee is being brewed) Bonus - there is a wonderful fruit market nearby! In general, thanks a lot to Ellros - not only for his comfort, but also for his decency.

A wonderful family hotel, very cozy rooms - we stayed twice in two rooms. There are tables to sit with a laptop to do things in the room and Wi-Fi. There are also common comfort areas on site. The owner, Arthur, is a wonderful person, if you have any questions, he will always help and tell you, he can arrange an excursion. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is just the thing after the hot Yerevan sun. For all questions regarding accommodation, you can contact Anna, and she also makes amazing breakfasts, I took it only once and really regretted that only once, delicious at home) There are grocery stores nearby, parking is free under the camera, and the center (Republic Square) is a 15-minute walk away

We rested in this hotel from 03.07 - 09.07. 2024 I really liked the schedule, it takes 20-30 minutes to get to the center (depending on how you go) . The store nearby is just wonderful, the sellers are very polite and responsive, however, as in the whole city! They will tell you everything, starting from taxi drivers (they know the city and the surrounding area better than a guide) to anyone in the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this living room with its wonderful and wonderful hosts!! The rooms are clean, the linen is great, the mattress is beyond praise!!! The shower has all the accessories (for the first time), tea and coffee as a present. The main thing is that the air conditioner works without noise!!! My daughter and I really liked it, next time if we go, we will definitely stop here. Thank you dear hosts for the wonderful atmosphere and warm welcome!!! We checked in early (early flight), left early in the morning and it was nice that the owner came out to see us off!! Thank you very much!!! Good luck in your work, good and helpful guests!!!
