We got into this hotel by accident. We were going to come to Yerevan for Zemfira's concert. The hotel booked near the venue refused to accept us: it canceled old bookings and began selling rooms three times more expensive. Many visitors had a similar situation: the hotels were packed or the prices were too high. Help came in the chat of the concert: There, the girl offered direct contact to the "good" hotel where she was staying... I wrote to the owner, Arthur, and he promised me a room for a reasonable price. I didn't believe it until the last minute, and I didn't expect anything special from the hotel, as long as I didn't stay on the street. But the place turned out to be wonderful! Beautiful interior of the common space, balconies, spacious room, parquet and high ceilings! Clean, snow-white linen and towels! And it's relatively quiet - a small side street. We also ordered breakfast with fruits and vegetables. Coffee is being brewed) Bonus - there is a wonderful fruit market nearby! In general, thanks a lot to Ellros - not only for his comfort, but also for his decency.

The hotel has a swimming pool, which is just the thing after the hot Yerevan sun.
