It was in December 2022. A very pleasant little hotel. Photos from the site correspond to reality. The room was clean. There are slippers and disposable toothbrushes. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. But the owners left the most pleasant impression. They are responsive and attentive. You can get to the city center by public transport or taxi, since taxis are not expensive. Yandex taxi works. Please note that not all-Russian maps work. The Tinkoff WORLD map works exactly.

A nice hotel with a convenient location. The rooms are spacious. We visited twice, I liked everything. The breakfast is varied and hearty. I recommend rooms on the second floor: the price difference is small, but there is a refrigerator)
