I would like to share my impressions of visiting the Empire City sauna complex. In fact, it is one of the few places in Karaganda where it is really pleasant to be. First of all, the cleanliness is striking: both in the locker rooms and in the aquazone itself, everything is very neat, the staff strictly monitors this. The pool is excellent — the water is of a comfortable temperature, transparent, without a pungent smell of chlorine. It's a pleasure to swim there after a day at work. We were especially pleased with the baths. The hammam is simply magnificent: the steam is thick, soft, and creates the right atmosphere for relaxation. The Finnish sauna is also on the same level, it warms up well. It is very convenient that everything is in one place, you can safely alternate the steam room with the pool. The service also left a pleasant impression — they were politely received at the reception, everything was explained. The atmosphere is calm, the contingent is decent. In general, if you want to relax your mind and body in a comfortable environment, I highly recommend taking a look. I was completely satisfied with the visit.

The sauna is normal, the pool is gorgeous, it was on Wednesday, on women's day on the men's side, I didn't like the corridors, the transition between the sauna and the hammam is cold, and what they eat where they dress is not very comfortable. The steam room is good, the hammam is gorgeous and the pool is great.
