Let's go to the Engler Hotel, the so-called, which cannot be called a hotel! Old village houses converted into rooms for overnight stays. Caved-in floors. Knocked-down plaster on the corners of the walls, scuffed thresholds. There are no outlets in the kitchen-living room to boil a kettle. In the shower, combined with the bathroom, the sink is wobbly, the shelf for accessories is all rusty. There are warning signs in Kazakh without translation into Russian. The bed linen and towels are very dirty. The beds are creaking and the mattresses are sagging! Entering the so-called room, which resembles a barn in design, I noticed that it was full of flies. How to rest, sleep here? With a fly swatter?! In general, one disappointment!

It's a great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very cozy. I really liked the gallery with trees and flowers inside the hotel. The hotel is located next to the highway, which is very convenient for travelers.
