We were on a business trip, thank you for accepting, we didn't find any more options. But to be honest, I would not like to stay here a second time, especially in winter. We were in October, the rooms are cool, despite the hot battery. One of the advantages is the cleanliness of the room and towels. There are many disadvantages, the main ones are related to the lack of comfort: the cheapest t / paper; lack of a shelf in the shower (there is nowhere to put soap or shampoo); there is no mat at the entrance inside, you have to walk in dirty shoes to the room, then drag this dirt on the floor with your feet; there is no hair dryer; why is there a kitchenette in the room I don't I realized that there are no dishes, cooking will not work either - there is no stove or microwave; windows on the highway, cars can be heard; the duvet cover does not match the size of the blanket. It is enough to spend the night, but not to live for several days.

Advantages: cleanliness, bed linen and rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: slippery, dangerous tiles everywhere. The toilet and bath are very cramped, uncomfortable, and also with glass on the doors. The rooms are very stuffy, hard to breathe, no ventilation, no air conditioning. The Windows overlook the highway directly, the noise from passing heavy trucks prevents you from sleeping. There was no hot water.

We were traveling on the road to Russia from Uzbekistan and Khromtau was a transit point for overnight accommodation. We had 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. I was advised by this hotel that you can go there with a dog, it is very difficult to find a hotel with a dog in the KZ. I called the day before and asked if there were 3-bed rooms and if it was possible with a dog. I was told yes there are 15,000 tenge. I'm booking for you. Come. Please call me in the afternoon so that I would be sure that you would come, the receptionist said. We have a baby of 6 months in the car.we are tired after driving 900km in a day, we call the hotel to confirm that we are going and they tell us you know if you want, I will put you in a bigger room, there is its own kitchen and so on...it costs 25,000 tenge. I tell us 25 is expensive, we agreed on 15, we will be satisfied with a smaller room. In short, in the end, when we arrived at 7 o'clock in the evening, it turned out that 15,000 rooms were occupied, only 25 remained, we were kindly told that for such an inconvenience they would put us in a large "house" with its own kitchen and so on for 20k. Of course, we were tired on the 3rd day on the road and the child was tired and we agreed....and you know that we left this bedbug at 2 a.m., although we planned at 4-5 in the morning. This is terrible!!!! The shower cabin is dirty, they didn't even dare to rinse themselves in it. The bed linen was probably still from the probabka, they got everything wiped off, it was terrible to sleep on it. There were 2 kettles on the stove in the kitchen...in one, the welding of which is 3 days.. in the other, the water is boiled with a floating coating. I wouldn't say a word for 15,000, but for 25,000...by making a discount as a favor...up to 20,000 . It's just terrible. The next day in Russia, for the same money, we rented a room with a Jacuzzi , 2 TVs, clean, huge, and breakfast was included there. And here they just see Russians, tired, you can fight ... ugh...Don't set foot in this rotten place.

A motel by the road. There is heat, hot water, gas. Bed linen and towels are provided. There are slippers. Stayed with a colleague for four nights in room 12. For a working trip, yes, for such money everything is fine. Khromtau is not a resort town, so it's silly to wait for any luxury.

I stopped by in the dead of night after futile attempts to spend the night in terrible roadside hotels on the highway. I found an Engler for booking, decided to hold out. The hotel is not new, there are shortcomings (weak WiFi, bad shower water, the shower hose was damaged), but in contrast to the hotels nearby, I put 5. I got what I wanted. I rested, slept on TV). I really liked the exit from the room to the summer garden-beauty!
