Just yesterday we returned from vacation with friends. We liked everything very much. The territory is gorgeous, the vegetation is unusual to our eye, the sea is within walking distance, a playground, a football field, table tennis. We had 3 meals a day. For people without problems, it's a great option, delicious table food, without frills, but sound. The room exceeded our expectations, sea view, large bed, excellent bathroom, all newly renovated (we took the comfort of the room), air conditioning and TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, everything for a comfortable life. We cleaned often, thanks to Irina. There was Wi-Fi in the room, on the territory of the base, at the bar - considering that it was a different country, it was very convenient. The on-site bar is a separate love, the girls, Anya and Lena, are just gold, they will never refuse to help, they will chat sweetly, but cocktails and snacks are above all praise. In general, I don't understand the negative reviews, we didn't find any disadvantages from the word at all on the database itself.

A great place for a family vacation. We've been traveling for years, it's clean, cozy, 3 meals a day, the food is very tasty and you don't bother thinking about "what to cook" on vacation, there's a lot of greenery, there's a playground, a football field, the beach is clean, sun beds, umbrellas, saps, the water is clean. Thanks to the Era staff for the opportunity to have a good rest on vacation, I definitely recommend it!!!!

I returned 3 days ago from this hotel. The impressions are not clear. On the one hand, the territory is green and beautiful (the former pioneer camp), the sea is nearby. On the other hand, there is a very peculiar concept of service. One evening we returned from dinner and found that the faucet in the shower had been blown off and there was ankle-deep water in the room, the faucet was repaired, BUT!!! not only were we not moved to another room, but the water was not even removed. When asked about cleaning the room, the hostess said that there was no cleaner and brought us a bucket and a mop. It is difficult to imagine such a turn of events in any other place, from which I draw a conclusion.that there are big problems with the service in Abkhazia. I hadn't been to Abkhazia for a long time before this year, and I'm not sure I want to go back. By and large , there is nothing to do there . In short, the sea and nature are Yes, but everything else is definitely NOT!
