The breakfast was very modest, we went and looked, but there was nothing to choose. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a private beach 50 meters away. There are other paid beaches, restaurants, etc. on the sides. There is a Migros, other shops and restaurants in the next building. The view from the window was good (considering that we were just buying economy). As I understand it, most of the rooms will have sea and mountain views. Of the disadvantages, I can only note that there is no laundry room, they gave things through them to the nearest laundry (they gave 6 thousand rubles for 2 packages of things, but there was nowhere to go. The representative of the hotel took it himself, brought clean steamed clothes to the room on hangers. They were given away in the afternoon, they were already delivered in the evening). There are also no irons in the hotel, they said at the reception that they were stolen, so I don't know when they will reappear.

I lived in a room with a starry ceiling in July 2025. It's dirty, there's water on the shower floor, and the toilet flushes poorly. The renovation is 20 years old. The cabinet is broken. The towels are old. If I had a choice at that time, I would not have lived for free. The only advantage is the view from the window to the sea.
