I gave the phone for repair to replace the screen, waited a very long time, moreover, almost the entire phone was offered to be replaced, of course for an additional fee, at first they said that they needed to replace the speaker additionally, agreed, said the phone was ready to be brought after payment, paid, the phone was never brought, a day later they called and said Naturally, I refused to change the cover, because I suspected something was wrong, especially since everything was intact when it was put into repair, after that two weeks passed and the phone never returned, different operators answer the phone and everyone speaks differently, some say the phone is ready to arrive in a couple of days, you call back after a couple of days, they say the phone is being checked and for two weeks now, they refuse to contact the management. I had a broken screen on Huawei. to my demands to give the phone back, they said that they had given it to their representatives and would make repairs there, But it was almost half as expensive. I refused and said that I would take the phone and do it elsewhere ..... and.... tadam...... the phone turned out to be in MOSCOW!!!! and I waited another week for him to arrive , I did it in another place in 3 hours!!! and so I waited almost 1.5 months. If you do not initially call and do not clarify the repair status, you can forget about the phone altogether, since they do not care about customers. The phone is necessary for work, they refer to the fact that they will pay compensation for the delay, who needs it - you repair it on time. Because of such repairmen, everything in our life and country deteriorates.

Upon arriving there, they took my phone for diagnosis, then informed me that it could be restored and come for it in two weeks. They offered me a replacement phone, but I had an old one at home. After 10 days, the manager called me and said that I could come for the phone, I was very happy with this news. Upon arriving at the service center, they gave me the phone, everything worked fine, and the cost of repairs pleasantly surprised me.

I gave away my Huawei P SMART 2018 on 10/22/19 with a broken screen and a dented back cover according to a certificate bought in a wellcom. The whole epic of phone repair lasted more than a month!!! Although it is indicated that the work can be performed up to a month. No one offered any apologies, as they say, "say thank you for returning it at all =)". It would be fine if they were carrying the original screen, but there is no analogue installed. Plus, the cover that they installed is not from this model, but from a model a year earlier than the release, that is, if a person sees the wrong model on the back cover, they will think that they are being deceived. The order sheet clearly indicates the model of the Huawei FIG-LX1 phone and even in the act of work performed it is indicated that the "Back cover Blue (HUAFIGLX1COVBLU_ES)" was installed, but the inscription Huawei FIG-LX3 is emblazoned on the lid.

They do not guarantee the protection of personal data on the phone when performing repairs. A clueless call center, different employees are calling on the same issue, there is no synchronization. There is no synchronization of the call center and customer service specialists in the office. The girls are special. working with clients in the office is not very good at resolving conflict situations. Basic customer communication skills are lacking. Refused their services.
