I had my phone repaired at this service center under the "Mobile Casco" program from Velcom. The well committee said that the repair would be carried out within 2 weeks and they would contact me when ready, as a result they did it even earlier, I handed it over on May 29, and on Saturday the 8th they called me.

I contacted this sc twice to replace the screen.. the second time, they made my body even faster. The price has increased slightly during this time.. I applied for the first time in winter. Both times we did everything efficiently and the replacement of the screen did not affect the operation of the phone itself.

I handed over the phone to the ECC for speaker repair in the evening of 08/16/2019. I picked it up on 08/17/2019 in the morning, taking into account that I simply did not have the opportunity to pick it up on the same day, although they sent me an SMS about readiness less than an hour later. The speaker has been changed, there are no problems with it now, everything is perfectly audible.

they repaired the phone for 8 months on a mobile hard hat, then they do it badly, then they fix one, break the other, then they wait for spare parts for 2 + months, they constantly lie about deadlines, they can't get to the management, the rest of the employees shift responsibility to each other, in case of conflicts, essentially no one can answer anything clearly. the service sucks.
