When this pharmacy chain appeared on the Astana market, I was very glad that Hippocrates had a competitor. The staff was always friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable, to say the least. And the location of the points, conveniently located in different parts of the city. But over the past year, I have encountered rudeness and unprofessionalism on the part of pharmacists, and not more than once or twice. It has become systematically narrower. I do not know what this is related to, but they began to hire ignoramuses and some traders from the bazaar.(My feelings) I'm not going there anymore!
