Yesterday I encountered an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable attitude from a pharmacy employee. When I came in and politely asked if it was a Europharma pharmacy, the employee was standing right at the entrance, did not greet me and, without any service or participation, slowly answered "yes." No "hello", no "can I help you", no basic attention to the client. Next, I said that I would just like to pick up my order. In response, I heard an incomprehensible phrase that sounded unintelligible. As it turned out later, she said "self-release." When I asked again, the employee looked at me with obvious aggression and annoyance, creating a sense of threat and complete disrespect. At that moment, I decided that I did not want to buy anything in a place with such an attitude, and canceled the order through the Kaspi app, fortunately, there is such an opportunity there. When I was already leaving the pharmacy, the same employee started shouting after me: "Ketiniz, ket, mal!" which means "Get out, animal" in Kazakh. I consider such behavior to be absolutely unacceptable, especially in a pharmacy where people come for help, often in a vulnerable state. Insults, aggression and lack of basic professionalism completely negate even the best assortment. I would also like to note that the Salamat pharmacy is just a stone's throw away, where I easily bought the necessary drugs cheaper and at a discount, with courteous and respectful service. In that sense, I was lucky. It is a pity that because of such employees, customers will no longer want to return to the Europharma pharmacy. Unfortunately, the residue of the incident remained.
