The wizard promptly carried out the diagnosis and explained in detail what the problem was (without going into complicated details, but in clear language!). We made repairs quickly enough and at a pleasant price. After the repair, the printer is working as good as new! The print quality is excellent, there are no complaints. I would especially like to mention the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff. It feels like they really value their customers in this service.
