I contacted them with a printer that stopped printing. The wizard promptly carried out the diagnosis and explained in detail what the problem was (without going into complicated details, but in clear language!). We made repairs quickly enough and at a pleasant price. After the repair, the printer is working as good as new! The print quality is excellent, there are no complaints. pleasant service,cool approach, reasonable prices. I handed over the printer for repair, everything was done quickly, even 3 days earlier than the agreed deadline, + bonuses were also dropped off....you can immediately see the customer orientation at the highest level, everyone is in their place, the beauties are a pleasant,polite girl manager . Throughout the entire renovation , we were kept informed of how things were going and how they were progressing .
