I often visit EVOS and as a rule, the price/quality/service is normal, but not in this branch. We ordered lavash and caesar salad. The salad was waited for 40 minutes. And they probably wouldn't have waited, because the staff "lost" him. I understand the evening peaks of stress and so on, but I went to the checkout 3 times, I didn't get any clear answer, and the fourth time, when I already demanded a refund from the manager for the salad, he magically found it. Dear EVOS team, put more responsible people on the evening shifts, hire more staff if necessary. Problems with one or more branches should not ruin the reputation of the entire brand!
