I often visit EVOS and as a rule, the price/quality/service is normal, but not in this branch. We ordered lavash and caesar salad. The salad was waited for 40 minutes. And they probably wouldn't have waited, because the staff "lost" him. I understand the evening peaks of stress and so on, but I went to the checkout 3 times, I didn't get any clear answer, and the fourth time, when I already demanded a refund from the manager for the salad, he magically found it. Dear EVOS team, put more responsible people on the evening shifts, hire more staff if necessary. Problems with one or more branches should not ruin the reputation of the entire brand!

But not which dishes at all feel like something without delicious, for example. shawarma, it seems to eat, but the sauce interrupts the taste. And sometimes the bottom of the package leaks out. Or a doner box, they seem delicious to me, but on the other hand. Because of their location, they are not very meat on top then like a feather Ida. Although if you mix it, a combo mix will taste better. Oh, I don't like how they pack the food, I mean when you eat inside the place, it's just when they wrap it in a bag, it's not convenient to take it out and leave the sauce or filling on the bag, as it seems to me it's better to put it on a plastic plate.
