I went shopping at the Euroopt store on Sikorsky Street today and bought a chicken breast. When I got home, I was very disappointed when I opened the package and the smell of rotten meat hit my nose ... Is it really so difficult to keep track of perishable goods?!!!And do not slip rotten goods to customers.…

Every time I visit the Euroopt store, I get more and more disappointed. This problem is especially acute for their vegetable products, namely tomatoes. As a regular customer, I'm used to a certain level of quality, but my recent purchases have completely undermined the credibility of this major retailer. This time I bought tomatoes, the price of which turned out to be unexpectedly high, which, however, has become a familiar trend for Euroopt. However, when I unpacked them at home, my indignation knew no bounds. Instead of the juicy, fragrant fruits that I expected to see, faded, soft vegetables with obvious signs of spoilage appeared in front of me. The skin was wrinkled, with dark spots in places, and the flesh itself was watery and tasteless. It seems that these tomatoes have survived more than one transportation and have been in a warehouse for a long time, having lost all appearance and taste. A legitimate question arises: how is this possible in a store of this scale? Does Euroopt really not value its customers so much that it is ready to offer products of such low quality at inflated prices? Such an attitude towards the consumer is unacceptable. Large retail chains should be responsible for the quality of the goods offered and respect their customers by offering them fresh, high-quality products that match the stated price. I urge the management of Euroopt to pay attention to this problem and take measures to improve the quality control of vegetable products. We, the consumers, deserve better.
