Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the Euromail service. I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive within a few days, but the wait dragged on for several weeks. The support service does not provide clear information about the location of my parcel and constantly talks about some delays. In addition, when I received the parcel, I found that it was damaged, and this also caused a lot of inconvenience. I tried to contact them to resolve this issue, but there were no responses or they were extremely uninformative. In general, the experience with Euromail turned out to be extremely negative. I do not recommend using their services if you want to avoid unnecessary nerves and problems.

"It's a terrible place! The service is at zero. Employees are openly rude, answer basic questions through their teeth, or ignore them altogether. The queues are endless, there is no movement at all. It seems that the staff is deliberately dragging their feet — they are working in slow motion while the customers are forced to waste hours of their time. Everything is very long, disorganized, and doesn't give a damn.
