I received the shipment in a badly damaged package, which was clearly the fault of the delivery service. The system itself is built in such a way that the buyer can remain completely unprotected. The company allows sellers to ship cargo under such conditions that the recipient is unable to check the attachment before payment and reasonably reject it in case of damage. At the same time, the internal rules are designed in such a way that the service completely removes responsibility from itself (both from the carrier) and from the sender, unreasonably shifting all risks to the end customer. I believe that such an approach grossly infringes on the basic rights of consumers, and I hope that MARCH will provide a legal assessment of such a scheme of work. If it is important for you to send/receive the shipment safely without risks, it is clearly not here..(((

By chance, I have to visit this department often. I did not observe any problems with the staff, it is located near the shops, which allows you to enter this point "on the way" and not waste time on the road. There is not much space inside, but it is not necessary - the queues do not exceed 3-4 people.

Teach employees basic courtesy. They only say "Hello" when the customer says hello first. The words "Thank you" and "Please" are completely unfamiliar to them. The penultimate time I picked up an order, the employee just closed the item during business hours and left. She returned slowly, seeing that three clients were waiting for her. Another young employee sits with his head down and pretends that he doesn't see anyone, so that the stream of people goes not to him, but to the next counter. It's generally great! And today he gave me the goods from the order, almost throwing them on the counter.
