Manager Alyona promptly joined the task, sent possible available packages for approval, made the documents and accepted the order. And already on 12/19/2025 they called us to clarify the possibility of taking the car for unloading tomorrow! I was pleased with the gift: the weight and composition are as stated. I ordered New Year's gifts for the company. As often happens, we didn't take into account one person who has 2 children. Upon request for help, we responded very quickly, issued a new invoice for payment, and in 30 minutes the gifts were already with us. Then it turned out that another gift was needed, and very quickly. I had to buy it with cash, but nevertheless the issue was resolved quickly. In general, I recommend this company to everyone for cooperation! Thanks to the girls for their promptness and understanding of the situation!

We received gifts later than the stated date. It turned out to be completely different from what was ordered inside. They paid for the Belarusian set (it was discussed several times). More than half of the candies have been replaced (excluded from the set WITHOUT NOTICE: truffle, bullfinch, bayadere, kara-kum, carnival mask, ballet, birch, at the same time, southern night, mystery of taste, instead about 15 candies and bars made in the Russian Federation were added, as well as candies like "chamomile top", which are not in any way an analogue of truffles; the number of cheap candies has been increased, and those that are more expensive have been reduced). That is, more than half of the set DOES NOT MATCH the DESCRIPTION in terms of names and quantity. I do not recommend this supplier for further work. Regarding the inconsistency of the content, I contacted the administrator who accepted the order. She said that the children don't care what kind of sweets are inside, she just passes the orders, and someone else completes them. That is, there is no one even to solve the problems caused by the supplier. They promised to transfer the information to the production and report the result. A day has passed, no reaction. I am attaching a photo of the real gift.

We ordered gifts for the company on 12/19/2023 (we made an advance payment on the same day) the manager promised to make delivery on 12/28, on this day we planned to congratulate all employees. On the day of delivery, the company just puts down the receiver hearing the name of the legal entity and of course the delivery was not made to us! Just ignoring it all day, until our lawyer calls! The next day, when all attempts to call and receive the goods that were paid for on time were ignored (and it is meant in this way -"which company? Eh? This one!" and they just put down the phone), some courier called us and asked: will you pick it up?Do you need them!? When the party was ruined the day before!! When half of the employees are no longer in the office As a result, what was brought does not match the composition of the order! There are different situations, but just putting down the tubes and not even trying to somehow resolve the issue is not acceptable! Do not contact this company!

We ordered gifts for employees' children in November 2022, and made a 100% payment. We are not very happy: 1 bonus gift was relied on for every 25 gifts, we had an order for 116 gifts, 4 bonus gifts were supposed to come, only 3 were delivered; the composition of the sweets differs from the selected one, there are very few Belarusian sweets; in some bags there were magnets and flickers, in some there were no attachments at all. They do not respond to claims, they wrote to e-mail, they called - they did not even pick up the phone. We will not work with this company anymore and we do not advise anyone!

We ordered gifts for the children of employees for the New Year. On 10/21/2022, we agreed on the composition and made a 100% prepayment for 17 gifts. The delivery period was scheduled from December 1 to December 9. On these dates, no one contacted us, they started looking for themselves and it turned out that there was a delay on the part of the Communal apartment, of course we agreed to wait. 12/15/2022 we started to worry again and it turned out that our packaging simply did not exist and we were offered a choice from as many as two available options (illiquid and unacceptable). I would like to clarify that at this time there is no time to place a pre-order for children's gifts anywhere. I strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before making a choice in favor of this company, because at the last moment it may turn out that your order will not be ready in the form in which you expect it.
