I'll start with the fact that the room is very small, it doesn't match the one shown in the photo at all. The table with chairs is pushed into a narrow niche between the sofa and the wall and it is impossible to use it in this position at all. The sofa in the room is broken in the middle, and the lower back bends strongly during sleep. Due to the temperature difference outside and in the room, the windows were leaking heavily in the morning and there were puddles on the floor. When it was cool and it was raining outside (+10), it was also cold in the room, respectively. It should be borne in mind that the water is very chlorinated and not suitable for drinking. There are small shops near the hotel where you can buy bottled water. From a good point of view, they came to clean up every day and brought toilet paper.

We stayed here for 6 nights. In principle, you can live) The Internet is working, the refrigerator is washing machine, the hob is working. Yes, everything is old, and I won't say that it's perfectly clean ((( but we ran around the city all day and only came to spend the night. Room service consists of bringing a roll of toilet paper every day and pouring detergents into jars)) the bed linen is clean, the bed is very comfortable. There is a terrace in the attic. those who are light sleepers will not be very comfortable sleeping. It was normal for us)

We visited in August 2025, generally not bad, the apartment has a good layout - a separate kitchen and a bedroom with a door. Four adults and one 11-year-old child could comfortably accommodate. Nice bed and sofas, new bed linen. The apartment was on the 4th floor, next to the stairs to the outdoor terrace on the 5th floor. Everything on the terrace is very well equipped - tables, armchairs, sofas, sea view. The disadvantage is that the terrace, in my opinion, was not cleaned well enough. Every night someone spent the night on the terrace, and in the morning at breakfast it was not very convenient to have a person sleeping next to you. But the biggest disadvantage is the noise. The street where the revival hotel is located, although small. Cars, motorcycles, and carts rumble by all the time, far into the night. Local children run around the street late into the night and scream. The bedroom window had to be opened because there is only air conditioning in the room. Next time, if we are in Istanbul, we will rent a place not in the historical center, but in modern neighborhoods. Istanbul is, of course, an amazing city, no matter what!

In general, I liked it. Not without its drawbacks, but also not without its advantages. The advantages are walking distance to many attractions and transport, a kitchen, a washing machine, a normal bathroom and water pressure, a good mattress on the bed, normal sofas, the owner is constantly in touch and quickly fixed a couple of shortcomings. There were five of us (two adults and three children), so it was all a matter of principle. One of the disadvantages is expensive catering (relative to other areas of the city), noisy during the day (but quiet at night).

We lived in the hotel opposite, which is located opposite - the Alhambra apart hotel. Both belong to the same owner. We went to this hotel to see the rooms. The hotel is family-run, and all rooms have two rooms. The room has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The rooms are very cozy. They clean it every day. An excellent budget option for family accommodation or for a company.

We were in March. I liked everything. The apartments consist of 2 separate rooms with an interior door and a kitchen combined with a living room. There is a sofa in the living room that is quite comfortable for sleeping. Heat. Quietly. Only occasionally a passing car prevents you from sleeping. I recommend.
