This restaurant is 100% included in my TOP restaurants! For the 2nd year we have been coming and looking into Fiori. Everything is always very tasty)) The atmosphere of this place creates a cool vibe of a European breakfast, or a pleasant winter dinner with the family) I definitely recommend trying whipped cottage cheese and scrambled eggs with crab!

We express our deep gratitude to chef Vladislav for his high professionalism. Everything is delicious, good serving, clean, neat. It would be great if the dishes were served faster, the waitress was more attentive and the cook cooked instead of cooked. For breakfast with a not very crowded room, while we were waiting for the dishes, people ate at the next table, ordered dessert, ate it, paid off and left. The waitress offered a poached egg to my buckwheat pancakes, which she seems to have cooked herself, judging by her absence in the hall. The egg was not poached, but even almost hard boiled. We ordered dessert and coffee, dessert was brought to us first, and when we had already eaten it and were about to leave, coffee was brought to us! Apparently, dissatisfaction was visible on my face, we were kindly offered a compliment, sherbet! I didn't even want to touch it, the children ate and just so as not to spoil the mood, I tried it too.
The overall impression is that there is a dispute at every step! Alas.

We tried half of the menu and unanimously said "delicious" only to bread :)
The service is sad. One waiter for 12 people couldn't cope, got confused and didn't clean up on time.

It took us a long time to choose a restaurant for a birthday celebration and could not find a suitable one. However, when we came to Fiori, Daria immediately helped us. She quickly got her bearings and booked a great table for us.
On the day of our dinner, Daria exceeded all our expectations. She gave us all the information about the dishes, advised us on the best options and created the most comfortable conditions for our holiday. - for 18 Belarusian (540 Russian) I drank a non-alcoholic cocktail syrup diluted with water in the amount of 50 ml, on top of a slice of lemon and a boulder of ice, it's kind of beautiful and cools. The ice did not melt in 40 minutes and the contents are so small that the question is what did I pay for? For a boulder of ice.

Ordered focaccia, to clarify which one you are making (it is not on the menu) He explained that the classic tortilla is divided into three parts. As a result, they brought three slices of ordinary cold bread. To my remark, why focaccia is not at all the way it should be, this bread was warmed up and said that they only have focaccia like this. Prices for sophisticated connoisseurs from St. Petersburg and Moscow are very very affordable with excellent quality. Cooking is highly controversial. There are dishes that do not cause complaints - octopus, duck, desserts, salads. But how can fried scallops be made greasy? Spaghetti on cheese is spectacular, but it tastes average. Non-alcoholic cocktails for the amateur. But the bread is just amazing. The staff is qualified and friendly. The price level is high, but the quality of the kitchen is not up to par. There is something to work on. The location and interior are great.

Да были там с семьей в прошлое воскресенье. Душевно посидели. Официант Никита сделал хороший сервис, спасибо ему.
Есть одна особенность данного заведения - порции небольшие. Так что, если вы голодный, заказывайте большее количество блюд. Цены - как в большинстве подобных ресторанов города.
Один минус (с моей точки зрения) - неграмотный подбор посуды для спиртного. Мне, например, коньяк принесли в бокале для граппы/ликера. А егермайстер - в тонкостенном, хотя и охлажденном, шоте.
Возможно, у них политика такая по вопросу посуды.
Хотя в целом, атмосфера ближе к классической, так и подачу хотелось бы видеть ближе к классической.
Эти нюансы ужин не испортили, но и не украсили.

Были на прошлой неделе. Зашли вечером выпить чая с десертами. На вид все красиво. Посуда прям очень красивая, десерты вкусные. Но за обслуживание ставлю 1 звезду. Ну потому что это хамство, а не обслуживание.
Нас посадили в зале слева. Моя девушка повесила свою маленькую джинцовку на спинку стула и ушла в туалет. Пришел официант принес меню и предложил отнести джинцовку в гардероб, я сказал, что девушка придет и разберётся, может ей холодно и она наденет. На что мне в ультимативной форме было сказано, что или она джинцовку одевает или он её заберёт! Что за чушь? Джинцовка не грязная, дождя на улице не было, так что она сухая. Мы, конечно, были шокированы таким невежеством. Потом нам принесли чай и наш прекрасный официант поставил чайник перед моим дядей. Это чтобы что? Чтобы мой дядя всем налил чай? Почему не на центр стола? Почему не предложить разлить чай по чашкам или сообщить. что заваривается. Он поставил чайник и ушел. Если бы не вкусные десерты, которые были принесены в течение минуты думаю мы бы пригласили управляющего для уточнения, что это за обслуживание. В целом не ясно, это ресторан или забегаловка, так как хорошее обслуживание/сервис это одна из важнейших вещей ресторана, которая здесь отсутствует.

Появилась летняя терраса. Это прям в самое сердечко. Сидеть наслаждаясь кружкой кофе, за столиком с белоснежной скатертью, с видом на немигу.
Персонал отличный. Вежливо встретили предложили варианты размещения, провели до столика,сразу же дали меню и вежливо уточнили сразу принести кофе /чай. Предложили плед и через пару минут, официант нежно и аккуратно закутал в тёплый и мягкий плед.
Заказывала кофе и скрэмбл из меню завтраков. Принесли все быстро.
Еда вкусная.
Хочу отметить очень важный момент уборная чистая и ребята следят за этим. Часто приходила уборщица проверяла, чтобы бумаги хватало и было чисто.
Прекрасное место для встречи с подругой или свиданий

It's delicious and stylish here. The veranda is nice. And I would come here on a day when "I am the administrator here" is not working. Badly: the pasta in the cheese head (one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, by the way) turned out to be frankly inedible (so hard that the jaw gets tired of chewing). I returned it to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the staff did not react the way you would expect from a high-level establishment: "cooked to standard, everything is fine." The disappointed guest didn't bother much. No discount, not even a banal "very sorry."

The waiters are too affected, you can see this strained smile, exaggerated care. You can ask the guest about the quality of the dishes, but you do not need to do this every 5 minutes.
I would also like the waiters to warn about the cost of a particular product that is not included in the menu.
For example, if you serve salmon riet, then when adding focaccia to the order (the waiter added it himself without warning), you need to warn that it comes for an additional fee and is not included in the price of the dish. Riet, by the way, is at the level of Santa Bremor for 3 rubles.
Also, if you are preparing cocktails that are not included in your cocktail list, then you need to warn the guest that the cocktail will cost 26, 29 rubles, and not 23 as usual, so that the guest will not be surprised by the amounts displayed.

My husband and I were in Minsk for the first time and decided to celebrate my birthday at the Fiori restaurant. I'm still a visual aesthete, every detail in the institution is important to me. Fiori is one continuous aesthetic pleasure, ranging from a beautiful serving to an incredible restroom. I ordered a scallop with truffle and raspberries and we drank cocktails with sorbet! It was deliciously delicious! As a compliment, we were also treated to cocktails and served cheesecake! We thank the entire restaurant team from the bottom of our hearts! We wish you prosperity!!!
