Before the new year, I needed window decorations on the website, but they are not available. Well, then I didn't write a complaint, maybe the cashier kept it for herself. And we know that until the product is checked at the checkout, it is listed both in the store and on the website. I went to the store today, I needed to buy cat litter... It's on the website, but not on the showcase. I ask the cashier, and she brazenly looks into her eyes and says that the pallets have not yet been disassembled.... Well, if the pallet with the product hadn't been disassembled, it wouldn't have been on the website. She asked for a complaint book... And oh, a miracle happened... The pallet turned out to be disassembled and the cat litter was brought out to me. Store management, please arrange for the cashiers to work normally in the store.

In the beginning, there was a large assortment in the store. But over time, the choice has decreased. At least that's what I needed. You have to go to other shops in the center or south. Very sorry. They are working with the site. There were problems that year, but we fixed it this year. I live nearby, but, alas, now I place orders in other stores where the assortment is larger.
