I came in today, took the product and also noticed that there was a 40% discount with the fixed price card. When I arrived at the checkout, it turned out that there was no discount. I decided to ask, the administrator proved that the product was not the right one, but when I looked at the name on the tag, I realized that it was. When asked why there is no discount, I received the answer that this price tag is from the first of January and the discount is no longer valid. Is this normal? Also, when asked why the old price tag received the answer that there are not enough people in the store. (Of course, I understand that when few people work, it's hard to do everything and I don't blame anyone, but you can recruit people and keep order in the store.) I hope that the store will fix the shortcomings!
