I ordered a bouquet for my loved one's birthday. The attached photos (with the name) show a picture from the site, the rest are what came. I understand that in reality the bouquet may differ from the photo, but not so much! The flowers are in a decidedly stale state and the overall composition is also stale from this. When requesting a refund for an inappropriate product, it was found out that only the price of the bouquet (minus delivery) can be refunded. However, the website states that the delivery is free and is already included in the price of the bouquet. "Thank you" to this service for the festive mood and the proper work of the employees who sent the bouquet. Also, when returning a (personal) bouquet to the store, it was simply put back on the shelf... Friends, ask to send a photo of the bouquet before sending. It is unlikely that anyone would be pleased to receive such flowers.
