Extremely disappointed. I ordered a bouquet in advance, selected it from the assortment. I was warned that some of the colors would not be available, so I agreed to a replacement. However, the result turned out to be deplorable: first they sent a photo of a completely different bouquet (not the one they had agreed on), and in the end they brought a third option. Not only did it turn out to be half the size stated, but the flowers were also stale. A complete failure to meet expectations.
