It's a mess, I don't recommend it. Utter irresponsibility and carelessness on the part of the staff. I bought tickets, and they weren't cheap. I decided to change it to another date. But the technical support replied that it was impossible, because the departure time was already close. It's clear that it's close, that's why I asked them to change to another nearby flight, because I don't have time. Not for any reason. Then I just asked for a refund. But even here the whistling and dancing began. Just not to return the money. Although the tickets were refundable. I do not recommend this poorhouse. Take care of your nerves.
