The production itself doesn't look good, to put it mildly, there are boxes and trolleys everywhere in the corridors, everything is as cluttered as possible. It is located in the basement, without normal natural lighting and ventilation, people probably go crazy there during the shift. An HR employee is in particular doubt about himself, he refuses many good people with good experience and professionalism, and he has been updating the vacancy announcement for the third month now. Due to these working conditions, the PO, as well as the "selectivity of HR", it is unknown whether they will find a suitable employee at all.
