I stood in line, waited for my turn, asked the manager if I could take the vacant seat, and received an affirmative answer, "yes, one at a time." There was no free parking space at that moment, so I parked a little further away. It took no more than 40-50 seconds to get from the parking lot to the tire shop. When I returned, another car had already been driven into my place. When asked why they did this, even though my turn was confirmed, I heard in response: "you've been driving for a long time." And it wasn't the manager who answered, but the guy who took my place. There was no warning that the place might be given to someone else. The attitude towards customers is disrespectful, the record and queue are not respected. Time and nerves have been wasted. I don't recommend it if you don't want your time to be devalued by waiting 40 seconds.

I parked to the side and went to the entrance, they immediately asked how to help, although there were a lot of cars changing wheels from winter to summer. They asked me to drive up from the side, from the side of the air conditioning station, checked the pressure in all the wheels and adjusted it to the required values. I asked how much I owed, and they said nothing for such a service. This is an approach for the long term, not just to take money. It would be a small amount, but it's nice not to be petty. And it was only at this tire fitting that they quickly figured out what the nipple was missing and replaced it with a new one - and this despite the fact that we have pressure sensors, everything was put on promptly, clearly and beautifully. I punched a tire, the nearest tire was this one. I went and got in line. The queue does not start from Trishinskaya, but from a High one (a very shitty place to wait). When he got in line, he asked the driver of the last car in line if there was anyone behind him. The left-hand driver came in and said he was queuing, and I "drove in." That's okay, after about 20 minutes I was able to pull into a row. But in the end, after standing there for an hour, waiting for Iveco to change shoes on a spark with all (!) wheels, a sprinter with all wheels, a Ford in front of me (at 8 a.m., too, all wheels with disassembly) and another person who brazenly flew in front of me with all four wheels, I realized that there was no point in staying there because it +2/3 hours minimum. I do not recommend it because of the organization of queues and access roads, and it is also clear that few employees were working that day, and there were a lot of people, as a result of which I went to another bus station on the way.
