It 's a terrible place!
That the application, that the employees, that the bank itself are all somehow "badly unfinished" and this is a very understatement.
Such a shame!
As one example. The head of the department tells me a quote..."I didn't know that we would provide such a payment service..". but she has to train and control her staff. What can we say about other employees?.. and this is the central office for Nazarbayev.
And the application in general. There's nothing that doesn't work.

It's a terrible place, and we applied to Temirbank for debt cancellation due to the statute of limitations, since Temir Bank transferred all loans to Forte.
