This is exactly the place where they did what I needed. I arrived with a huge problem in the morning and without an appointment, namely, my brakes were missing and I asked the guys for help. The car has recovered and the brakes are now in perfect condition. The repairs were completed quickly enough, I didn't even touch on the purchase of spare parts, the staff reported on what had been done, providing all the necessary documents. The attitude from the staff was wonderful, no questions asked. Now it's only there to repair the car. Thank you for the work you have done.

I thought since the service is a tl24 partner, everything would be fine. It turned out that I was wrong. When the time came to replace the timing belt in my polo sedan, I started looking for a suitable service station. One of the considered ones was this one. I called in advance, specifically asking if they had all the necessary equipment. I was assured that everything is there, the standard procedure, no problems, everything will be changed. As a result, after replacing the belt, the car wrote an error in the ignition timing angles, the engine did not work the same way as before, even by sound, and the car did not start the same way as before the replacement. After calling the service station, I finally talked to the master. They came to the conclusion that, it turns out, they did not have any required accessories (shaft clamps) and he simply threw off the old belt and put on a new one. As a result, it was agreed that the management will be informed about the need to purchase the required set of equipment. After waiting for almost a week, after my repeated call, I finally came to the service once more, where the correct camshafts were checked with the necessary equipment. The lock, of course, did not match the shaft and the mechanic adjusted it. But it's all from his words. Again, I do not know how well all this was done, because they were forbidden to be in the box, and they refused to take a photo report. They purchased a set of accessories or borrowed it from a nearby service somewhere, it's also not clear, maybe they will continue to work without it. 2 points instead of one just for not dodging, admitting the mistake and correcting it. Personally, I don't set foot here anymore.
