He didn't say that the time frame could be long, he just promised that he would do it in a couple of days, after more than a month of my walking and swearing with this man, he did the shoes. When asked where the promised refund was, he started talking about breakfast again. A very cunning and resourceful comrade, maybe a good shoemaker (this has yet to be verified), but definitely not as a responsible person. The shoemaker is not an employee of the company, which means that the management cannot do anything with him. Be careful, as he takes full payment for services in advance and really does not want to return it.
