The staff is polite, explains everything clearly. However, in the end, I did not open the card, since I already had a Kyrgyz bank card, and there was no need to pay extra for a similar card from a Kazakh bank (18,000 rubles for a nominal card is expensive, 5,000 for an unnamed one). I opened a registered Visa Gold in Kyrgyzstan per day for 2000 rubles. But if someone needs it, then why not.

A good bank for certain tasks. Since May 15, 2024, it is impossible to make dollar payments (according to information from the bank). The request for a multi-currency account has not been fulfilled, contrary to promises.

If you are a citizen of the Russian Federation / non-resident, you are 98-99% likely not to open an account here and not make a card. So don't waste your time and go straight to Jusan or Bereke, there are more favorable conditions and fast/convenient service.

I have issued myself a Freedom bank card for foreign payments. I have funds on my card for hotel reservations and payments abroad. All hotels charged money in advance according to the armor. One of the hotels stated that the write-off was a preliminary holding. The money will be refunded. And I have to pay the same amount by card on the spot. Which I did. In the process, he carefully and regularly monitored the state of the money in the account. For sure, the money was debited twice for 89 euros. I have noted this carefully. Further, the hotel informed that it had refunded the money on the first payment-holding, provided a certificate of refund. I forwarded this help to Freedom (if I hadn't forwarded it, the default wait would have been a month). And that's when the booing started. Freedom bank simply marked the first payment crossed out with the signature "Rejected". BUT HE DIDN'T RETURN THE MONEY!!! Before that, I had already issued a refund for museum tickets and I know what a refund looks like. Exactly like a number written in green font with a plus sign. There's nothing like that here. No receipt to the account, or simply retroactively increasing funds by the required amount. Only 11 euros were returned in two payments, with a note that this is some kind of interest on the deposit. Although, I did not open any contribution. I was just depositing money into the card account. Communicating with bank employees via whatsapp chat is terrible. No one is rude, everyone is polite. But every time you need to explain the situation anew, every time you need to provide your full name, IIN, code from the verification SMS. I also wrote a separate statement. And each time they answer that an inspection has been carried out, and everything is fine with the funds in the account - the amount is correct. It feels like I'm playing thimbles at the train station, and not talking to the bank. I have ordered an extract for the right dates many, many times - the extract always comes zero. Zero account balance, zero receipts, zero expenses. Although, the first, second, and third dates were full. Bank employees, there is no point in answering here in the comments again that everything is fine and the amount is correct. Your statements are unfounded, you do not provide any evidence. You just canceled the payment, but you didn't give me my money back. Otherwise, I wouldn't be wasting my time and nerves on the long-awaited trip and after it now. It was your incompetence and shameless and brazen repeated lies that prompted me to do all this. Including writing this review.

We filled out a long questionnaire to apply for a card, provided a bunch of personal data, and as a result, the site issued a statement that the card was not approved for us. In 3 seconds without explanation. I do not recommend this bank if you are an expat. Waste your time and nerves without getting an explanation for the refusal.

Disdainful attitude towards non-residents: they do not make a simple card, they offer an elite card with expensive service, they waste my time waiting. The manager behaves arrogantly. As a result, they are fed with promises that the card can be made up to 10 working days, and in the end, wait and wait.

Then you arrive at a special office (there are almost no queues), fill out the documents and immediately issue a card. The only disadvantage is that it is not active and you need to wait a couple more days for activation

The hotline does not give any information, just accepts the request, the work is for show. Do something about the work system. You're losing customers. We hope for you and waste our time and nerves. We went specifically to this bank, because we had heard about the tolerance of the bank and good conditions when opening an account.. And I saw the intimidated, unintelligible staff answering questions, who tried their best not to blurt out too much. They refused to open an account for us (the staff said that all Russians are denied 💁♀️), of course, no one will explain the reasons, but for what ... Putin then flew there literally the day before? Of course, we opened an account in another bank, and the bank card was successfully made, more democratic, less respectable, but actively working, and we are quite satisfied. Six months ago, they say there were queues at Freedom Finance, and now even managers are sleeping there on the move. I don't understand- the bank doesn't need money? From what fright did they change the policy of loyalty to the Russians,!? As my grandmother used to say: "Let the money they earned from us go to their medicines." May they rest in peace

First, before the trip, I dialed on gorliniya: yes-we give out to non-residents, yes-zero tenge for issuing and servicing, yes-two variations of the card-deposit and Freedom, with an IIN and a passport (foreign and Russian) and that's it (call to the number of gorliniya bank 595, 07/27/2024, 14:57, according to local time, from the number +77056259006). What in fact: I came to Kazakhstan, received an IIN in the PSC, came to the Freedom office, on Aliya Moldagulova Avenue 44, yes-we give it to non-residents, we give it for 30000tenge (who told you that it was free, go to them, I (Elvira) did not tell you that, this is Kazakhstan, guys, jokes are you kidding?!), there is only one option-a deposit card, only a mastercard, nothing is sent to Russia and no financial deliveries! But this is not the most important thing, and the main thing is that the cartomat does not work, but it will probably work after lunch, or maybe not, in short, greetings to you-Sergey Yesenin! What's on the turtledove, what's in the office of FREEDOM Bank, a lot of people are sitting and driving a blizzard, why do we need such a bank, who needs it? I applied to Kazpi, there is a worse option, the account is only in tenge, only a Kazakh phone number and registration is needed, which I never received, because my passport was not in the program (E-CONAK, about crossing the border, they checked at the hotel where I lived), for some reason they sent me to the PSC, where I was sent to the forest. In short, I've had enough, I haven't opened an account, I haven't received a card, I think that Kazakhstan is not the country where you need to start financial instruments.

The bank debited the money, admitted a technical error (the balance was generally negative!), but has not returned it for 24 days. Support feeds endless breakfasts and solves nothing. I strongly do not recommend it - the bank takes all your money, recognizes it and does not return anything.
