Those who answer the phone and chat DO NOT SOLVE ANYTHING, they just read you the answers according to the script and ask you to evaluate the work. If there are problems, they will be your problems, the bank will withdraw itself. What could be easier than withdrawing money from an ATM? I withdrew it 1 time, the ATM refused the second time, but the money was debited. After 2 weeks of fighting, they returned, but as it turned out, I was just lucky-there was a system failure and I was not the only one. Then I decided to send the transfer to another bank inside Kazakhstan. The money was debited, the status changed to "in processing" and has been hanging like this for a couple of weeks. Support regularly sends a request to a specialist on a call, or to three specialists at once, or they send it with increased priority-in short, whoever has a fantasy that will work, that will be voiced. Guess how many responses to the hotline and via whatsaap I received? That's right, zero. Completely ignored. I tried to get the RRN of the transfer out of them, they don't know what it is and send the request to the specialist again. Yes, if someone is not in the subject and you have a multicurrency card - recently the bank changed the type of cards from debit to deposit cards and added 4 more duplicate accounts to the card and now you have 8 of them, although these 4 are not visible anywhere, but you will have to report to the tax office on their opening, as well as filing declarations for 8 accounts-they are now deposit accounts! The choice is yours.
