I bought an Apple Watch and expected a standard purchase, but I came across an unpleasant surprise. The box was opened, there was no charger inside, and the watch itself showed signs of use. It's good that we checked it right away, but unfortunately, after the payment. It would be logical if the store checked such things in advance. The return procedure is a separate quest. Instead of just returning the money, they began to issue an “issue”, then a refund, then they were forced to rewrite the same statements twice, then waiting for “approval from the management.” I lost half an hour on all this. And now I'll wait up to 14 days for the money. Why should I wait two weeks for my money because of a store error? Bonus: the seller claimed that there were no similar watches anywhere else on the web, and when making a refund, it turned out that they were available at other locations. This discrepancy causes distrust. Outwardly, the store makes a pleasant impression, but in fact there is a complete lack of professionalism, no quality control, absolutely no processes, and customer information is provided haphazardly. A very unpleasant experience. I don't recommend it.
