A lovely balcony with armchairs and a folding table. Coffee in the morning is the very thing)) It would be great if at least a couple of tea and coffee bags were included in the price in the room: you wouldn't have to run to the supermarket right away. Sometimes, after a tiring journey, you don't have the strength to do it. There is breakfast in the restaurant, but the schedule was not suitable for me - I was already running away at 7.15-7.30, because I was on a business trip. I recommend the hotel, it seems that they are still the best in the city.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. I really liked everything. I didn't book in advance, I arrived after the fact, we checked in quickly. The rooms are clean, crisp white bed linen, towels. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay - tea, coffee, sugar, mugs, glasses, hairdryer, kettle, TV, air conditioning. They also provide washing supplies - a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoos. Another big plus is that they provide carbonated and non-carbonated water. Towels are changed every day, garbage is also taken away every day, they also offered to do cleaning every day. There was always hot water in the room. The hotel is still undergoing renovation, which, in principle, did not interfere in any way. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention the room price (6500/day). There is also paid parking (inexpensive - 150/day), but nevertheless, for such a cost of living, parking could be made free. Overall, I was satisfied. Next time I'll stay at this hotel the same way.

The hotel is great - I've been there for 4 days, and I'll be happy to visit it more than once. I really liked the friendly staff, 5 points for everyone: reception - they quickly check in and explain everything clearly, it probably took 5 minutes; cleaning service - the room is clean and perfect. At the meeting, they asked if they needed to add water, soap accessories, etc. if they ran out. Of course, it's free.; parking security is launched immediately, they advise you where to stand and how to book a place for yourself. By number: everything you need is there, it's warm, clean, cozy, and my WiFe works stably, the sound insulation suits me completely. On the downside, to the comment below from Maria P. - tea and coffee were in the rooms, the price corresponds to Lugansk, the room was excellent (not tired), there is no breakfast - but I never considered it when checking in, cappuccino... No comment, how can this be evaluated?! someone in a Radisson for 50K per day may not like the temperature or taste))), there were no radio messages, there was no mold in the shower and the sink was clean, the water was hot and the temperature was normal, even turned down.
