I absolutely agree with Andrey's review. I rented a Fiat 500 car from them. We agreed with a certain Bojan Jankovic that I would hand over the car ahead of schedule and change it to a 2021 Skoda Scala. We drove across town to return the car, pay extra and get another one. Upon arrival, we were told that they did not know anything about the car, that our documents allegedly had incorrect information and the car would not be there. At the same time, they did not want to return the money for the remaining days of the lease. We promised to contact the police, after which the money was immediately returned - five thousand dinars. In general, I do not advise contacting this office. They lie and try to cheat for money. I am attaching a photo of the rented car.
