We wanted to order a PlayStation game here. We applied for delivery, but decided to take the initiative — to call the store directly and clarify whether it is possible not to wait for the courier, but to drive up and pick up the disc yourself. Instead of a normal response, they were confronted with the wildest rudeness. The salesman didn't even listen, didn't really answer the question, muttered, "Wait for the call," and just hung up. If employees don't give a damn about customers so much that they can't talk properly on the phone for 10 seconds, then what kind of quality of service can we even talk about? They didn't buy anything here, and we don't recommend it to others.With such an attitude towards customers, you can only trade seeds on the market.
