We went for lunch for the second time. The lunch, consisting of mashed potatoes, cutlets and salad, was cold. The soup is also slightly warm. No one is watching the hall. On my first visit, I found dirty napkins on the table. I understand the level of the institution, but I would like to observe the basic standards.

No, no, the repair is probably not for the future. We decided to check it out, we were a little surprised. Who decided to pour chopped greens into spaghetti carbonara? Well, that's okay, I like greens, but with stalks... Or what else was crunching on my teeth? A small borscht next to it began to eat. Salty says the second spoonful is ... and sharp! I try and have peppercorns in my mouth, and it's wildly salty. Pranksters, however. French fries with ketchup did not change the recipe, hooray, the little one had a bite of borscht for her. The tea is excellent, we drank it with pleasure. The pizza arrived about 30 minutes after the order, when everything else had already been eaten. The waiter tried, but it was clear that he alone stupidly did not have time... Therefore, you have a place to grow back in the past. We'll check it out in the summer.

I placed an order for delivery through the app and paid online. A minute later, they called and said that pizzas were temporarily not being made at this address. They offered to return the money from the card with bonus points. Why do I need your burnable points if I can no longer come to this cafe?!
In addition. If you place an order with yourself, then it's better not to rush to pick it up. They write in the application that the order is ready for delivery, and when you arrive, the order is still being made - I press the button ahead of time.
Not all dishes are available. It was not possible to order fruit pizza and chicken curry in coconut milk. I made the payment immediately online. At the same time, the refund will be made within 10 days.
I made an online order with a check mark "contactless delivery" and indicated in the comments to leave it near the door. As a result, the courier knocked and rang the doorbell for a long time.
I hope this feedback will help improve the quality of service, and future visitors will understand what to prepare for.
This cafe sincerely sympathizes with me and at the same time the braids described above have recently changed attitudes for the worse.

If you're lucky: there are waiters who will also customize the kitchen, and there are those who sit in their phones and wait opposite. A couple of times, lunches were waited for 30-40 minutes. Despite the fact that the order is always from the lunch menu. Where can I take a lunch break at two o'clock to eat quietly and return to the office? The kitchen is so-so, especially when they bring you cold carbonara...

Tom kha is good, I love this soup here! The hodgepodge did not go in (the sausage was questionable and after 10 minutes the stomach hurt and turned over) and the chicken broth from the children's menu was poured with sunflower oil on top (perhaps this will not happen again), this is a minus.

The interior is very cool, the staff, the furnishings, the children's room (not many toys, but enough), the menu is good (but there was a minus that it was new and not all the ingredients were delivered yet, not everything was possible that they wanted to try). recently we decided to keep up with the times and began actively promoting our application. It got to the point that when you come to a place and want to order a takeaway, they refuse to take your order in a cafe and offer to place an order through the app.
And everything would be fine, but the application is a buggy, slow and raw thing. Literally after each step, you have to wait for thirty seconds, the final cost calculation takes more than a minute, and viewing the order history does not work, and sometimes orders magically disappear altogether, which can only be found out when you have already come to pick up an order that does not actually exist. And although the workers say every time that this is a glitch and will fix everything soon, it has not gotten better in almost 3 months. In the play store, almost any review over the past few months simply describes a bunch of problems and inconveniences. Customer care is not about the Garage cafe, unfortunately.
