Hello! I have been a poultry buyer for several years every week on Fridays. I repeatedly get a bird to take away completely empty - a spread cake??? The filling of the bird is not paid for. I even tried to look for the culprits. I think this is a management system that is ready to do anything to save money. They think that he took it, left and will not return back - it is more expensive for himself. Out of 10 times I bought a bird, 8 times I just got a flatbread. Sometimes the cashier's warning helps that the cook will eat himself, I understand that the cook is told, then he does... It's bad!
