At the same time, there was no one from the staff and there was no one to organize people either. The special services arrived only at 7 o'clock. When leaving the hotel, we needed a taxi and in the evening we warned the girl at the reception, she promised to arrange everything. Apparently in the morning she forgot to tell her shift girl and when I asked about the taxi, the girl was not aware. As a result, a taxi was called an hour before departure, but the taxi dropped by 20 minutes, respectively, and we fell on the train.
