Perhaps the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Even cold snacks could not be brought for half an hour, 50 minutes after the order, cold "hot" dishes were brought, while the rest was not packed with visitors. Cabbage soup is delicious, so the rating is not 1. All the dishes turned out to be tasteless. The smell of food for the whole restaurant was a minus. Three pancakes with a pile of mushrooms lay on a plate forlornly. What is this all about? 😳The pancakes are greasy, you can say they float in oil. Question to the chefs do you like it yourself, what have you done? This is not the first acquaintance with the national cuisine in Belarus. Beef medallions are dry, there is no side dish. Cheeks with cream sauce - well, imagine that. It's all wrong and out of place. We had dinner on 08/23/2023. We agree with many estimates, the atmosphere is 90%, the Interior is 95%. But the food and the serving... After all, this is why you visit the catering, and then you received banally unroasted pancakes, and for all three different orders. Has the Republic of Belarus forgotten how to make a national product?? At least you won't get any special stomach problems from raw potatoes ;). And the sacramental "We have such a serve" from the waiter in response to the remark only added to the negativity... So "Food" is 10%, "Service and staff" is 20%, of the 10-12 own drinks stated in the menu, only 2 are available, so drinks are 30%. Well, at least after the so-called "dinner" we accidentally met the person responsible for managing the restaurant's business. Polite, adequate, interested in the development of the business, focused on the result. He listened to our claims and promised to make adjustments. And as for "We have such a pitch" there, in the area of the palace park, we got a different impression for contrast. In a glass-and-wooden eatery to the left of the entrance to the park, the bartender offered to make the cooled coffee again for two elderly ladies, for free...

After watching an interview with the owner of this restaurant, we decided to go with the family (5 adults and 3 children). We ordered a table in advance. They asked how to get to the restaurant on Saturday at 19.00 - they answered through the main entrance (this is also the entrance to the courtyard of the castle). It was important for us, since it was impossible to drive up to the restaurant, and an 87-year-old grandmother was with us. As a result, the entrance to the courtyard was closed-I had to go around the dark park. The table that was allocated to us was not in the front part of the restaurant. The lighting is very dim, there is no atmosphere. They asked for candles on the table, promised to bring them, but we did not wait. The restaurant was not heavily loaded. Drinks were brought almost immediately, the order was slightly mixed up.. the ordered kvass (good!) was brought for some reason only in the middle of dinner..The choice of main dishes is modest - 5 items. But a wide variety of draniki. The children did not like the pancakes with sour cream at all. The mackerel was impossibly bitter. I liked the Lithuanian draniki, with beef and cherry sauce, alcoholic and non-alcoholic mulled wines were decent. The waiter guy barely moved, not trained at all. There was only ice cream from dessert. Strudel at 21.00 in the sat is already over. We were lucky, the waiters came up and took away the plates. But at the next table, the guy ran both for the menu and to make an order. When paying for dinner, we were given only a cash receipt with the total amount... we did not receive a transcript, but we did not ask any more. They were glad to leave.

Only the name of the restaurant is here. The food is at the level of a simple cafe/canteen, the prices are too high for such a level. But that's half the trouble.THE SERVICE is just terrible!!! For such a location, it's just a shame!!!We reserved a room for 18 people in a month, and the administration put up one waiter for the ENTIRE restaurant! The guests gathered from all over Belarus, but instead of a family dinner, they had to carry glasses, decanters themselves and constantly run to the bar themselves with requests to remove the dishes, replace the plates, order something. Even tea/ coffee was mixed up, they brought the wrong thing, I didn't want to figure it out anymore. A lot of things in
• the process was not completed simply because I did not want to wait for it until nightfall and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Emotions are spoiled. They didn't catch any entourage, because they had to work as waiters.
P.S: coffee is a separate disaster. Is it really impossible to put a normal coffee machine with such price tags and not serve slop to guests?

Of the advantages, only the interior. Everything else is the service and the food is the worst!!! The prices are too high for such terrible dishes. They brought everything cold. We waited a long time, because the waiter did not warn that the meat was out of stock and they were waiting for delivery. As a result, they brought meat like rubber, which is impossible to chew, and pancakes with a special sauce are just sour cream with the addition of thawed mushrooms. In an ordinary dining room, the food tastes better than in a diner called a restaurant!!!

On the last day, we had 105 rubles left (3t Russian rubles) and we decided to go there. We figured that 3000 rubles would be enough. As a result, the establishment is of the level of a good cafe, and the prices are horse-drawn. Soup 520₽, a piece of meat 100g-1000₽!!!! I thought there would be at least something for him for that kind of money, a side dish separately-260 rubles.In general, we gave 3,000rubles for nothing. It's just a show-off in a place like this. Unfortunately, I had a chance to dine at this restaurant, some of the food was still passable, but the pork that was brought to me smelled so much that I didn't want meat for several days. The order is brought for a very long time , the price tag does not match the quality at all . It's a pity that such bad food is served inside such a luxurious castle. I'm terrified! Once just a wonderful restaurant turned into a canteen. No discussion, no normal napkins, no normal waiters. I ordered wine, so they put a bottle in front of us and didn't even bother to open it. The beer was served warm. We pre-ordered, so the food was brought all in a row, of course, everything cooled down before we started eating. The waiters do not even consider it necessary to come, there are empty dishes on the table and only snarls in response to our comments.
We really wanted to come here again and such a disappointment, it's a nightmare. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.
During the January holidays, we traveled around Belarus and Nesvizh Castle was the final point. The restaurant was booked in advance from Moscow. The confirmation passed quickly, which was very gratifying. The Hetman is located directly in the castle, which is also very convenient, after a tour and a walk around the castle you immediately find yourself in a warm and very cozy place. The restaurant is really very cozy, the staff is friendly and, not least, smiling. It is clear that people work with their hearts. The dishes are very tasty, and there are wonderful tinctures in the wine list, they seem even more wonderful from the cold))). We are very happy with the restaurant, we sat from 17 o'clock and left almost together with the staff))), the waiter girls gave us a wonderful end to the evening and the trip as a whole. We visited this restaurant in June 2023 during a trip to Nesvizh Castle. Unlike the castle, I can't say anything enthusiastic about this restaurant. Not large portions (which is normal for such a pretentious place) and not tasty salads (which is not normal for a good restaurant). Serving dishes is almost like in a dining room (but maybe this is a trick?). But not everything is so bad: I liked kvass, herring under a fur coat and cabbage soup in a cast iron pot. The impression of a "cool" restaurant was greatly spoiled by the "stationside" toilet, after visiting which you can lose your appetite forever.
In general, I wish the owners to read this review and take into account my wishes. In any case, you must come to Nesvizh Castle!

There is no service in the restaurant , young girls work or practice , of course , they try , but they have not been taught anything ... the girls do not know what drinks are combined with what , they get confused in the order .

I rarely give grades below 4, but the "Hetman" rightfully deserved his 3 points.
The pitch is disgusting.

Is wire in soup the norm?
We were in Nesvizh Castle, decided to go to a restaurant, everything was fine until my husband found a piece of iron wire in the soup. It's TERRIBLE, they asked to call the cook, the cook never came out... The waiters pretended that "well, it happens" and removed the soup and the receipt. But the mood is spoiled, all the other dishes were already not pleasant to eat. How can you treat work like this, and if a person swallowed this wire? How did the extra thing end up in the food? I can't imagine with such a level of service how weddings are celebrated there, I think the restaurant is designed only for fickle customers
